Halloween Boy/Girl

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

It's getting later in the day and I'm looking forward to the doorbell starting to ring :)
A couple freebies for today:

-*-

And another try at a CONTEST!
Leave a comment on this post with your most memorable Halloween costume and win BOTH of my new Halloween bunches for free! I'll randomly choose a winner on Monday evening, around 9pm CST, so hurry and make a quick comment to win!

As for mine.. I loved my Custard costume (Strawberry Shortcake's kitten) and the Taffy the clown one was classic. But a witch was always my go-to costume and I think I have to go with that as my favorite. It encompasses so many Halloweens; holidays of warty noses and pointy black hats. What costume sticks in your memory?

  1. One year, I went as spaghetti & meatballs. I wore a red sweatshirt, a colander, and a wig made out of a yarn mop. With a second mop, I made noodles and tied them around brown pom-poms, and I pinned the bunches to my sweatshirt. I tied a few meatballs to the wig, too. Easy and funny!

  2. For my fifty-fifth Halloween, I dressed in my annual Halloween costume as a clown. Except this certain year I decided to do something a little different. I painted my face to look like a skeleton. My friends sure were surprised when I they tapped me on my shoulder and I turned around. HAPPY HALLOWEEN and thank you so much for the beautiful word art.

  3. Hey there,

First off thanks so much for all your fabbie cute WAs! And for giving us the chance to win your Halloween bunches!!

I have to go WAY back in the cobwebs of my brain for my most memorable Halloween costume. I was 9 or 10 years old. I used boxes (one of which was huge) and tons of aluminum foil to create my Robot masterpiece. It was great except that in order to hold my candy bag (on the outside of the box) I had to stick my arms out of the arm holes, which meant my arms had fully stretched from side to side. I had the hardest time knocking on doors and there were several doors I couldn't get to at all cuz me & my fabbie costume wouldn't fit thru the peoples gates!!

Thanks for the memories and for being so generous with us!!
