So I am still working on the farm kit. It may be Saturday sometime before I can post it, tomorrow may be a bit optimistic :) But it is still coming up!

I haven't forgotten the award I received from Scrafurple. I appreciate it so much, but just don't have time right now to really participate as I should and pass it on. :( I will tell you, please visit my blog subscription list in the right sidebar, it is full of amazing designers. Ah well I'm in a bit of a hurry today. I did see the wonderful award that Scrafurple left me, but don't have time right now to do anything about it right this minute. Will get to that hopefully this evening, tomorrow morning at the latest. I soooo appreciate it and am absolutely flattered to be included with some of the talent on her list (Nicole and Mel to point out a couple amazing designers). So I will be back for that.

You Are My Sunshine

Ah, I'm feeling lazy today, might spend it in my robe!
I am looking for a new part-time job, blah. I lost mine back in January and have been kinda dilly-dallying about getting a new one. But we need the paycheck! My last job was a work-at-home one and I would LOVE to get another like it, but so far I'm having no luck. :(

In scrapping news, my farm kit is still coming along nicely. I anticipate posting it Friday or Saturday. And then I'll get busy on my contribution to the Precious Convoy Spring Time Blog Train. Yay! :)

Also, I was asked via email if I will do requests and my answer is: sure. If you're familiar with my stuff and think I can do a good job, I'm flattered really. My email is listed in the right sidebar, just shoot me a question and I'll get back to you ASAP. I will try to have real quick turnaround.

A Face Without Freckles

Still working on the farm kit!! I have the papers and alpha done, working on elements now. At this point, I'm shooting to post it on Friday. Stay tuned :)

Apache Blessing

Ok, I believe (I'm pretty sure..) I got this little blessing out of a Chicken Soup for the Soul book, probably one relating to romance or couples. I went through a phase where I devoured all those books (at least the ones that applied to me - I shied away from anything relating to mothers or families.. sigh). While some of the stories are admittedly corny, I find myself tearing up at at least one or two a book. At least, haha.

So I finally had a touch of inspiration for my next kit. I think I'm going to do something farm-ish. No idea why that came to me, but it's a good idea, so I'll run with it. I would like to claim I will have it done by Monday, but am unsure right now what we've got goin' on this weekend, so I will just let you know more as I do.

Also I need to scrap! I want to put together pages from the concert I went to with my sisters! And way more, I have more pictures than are imaginable and have hopes to get many of them scrapped. No deadline, maybe that's my problem! LOL!

Our Love is Unconditional

Omigosh! My wordart from Saturday was listed on IkeaGoddess's blog yesterday. You should've seen my happy dance! She was one of the first digi-scrap blogs I found and the very first one I subscribed to when I discovered the magic of Google Reader lol.

Today's wordart freebie is from a George Strait song. Yes, the country-music-themed wordart continues lol, and will for a bit longer. I can't help but be inspired by the music I surround myself with. Sunday's was a sweet waltzy one by Lee Ann Womack and Mark Chesnutt. Today is a classic by the King of Country. I love George Strait. A lot. :)

Make Memories With Me

Still at work on the Dungarees kit. Am really hopeful I'll get it out tomorrow. Am debating between posting it all at once (like I did the Pajama Party kit) or taking a cue from fellow digi-scrap-bloggers and releasing it over the course of a few days.. Haven't come to a decision yet, but we'll all find out tomorrow haha!
